It’s been one whole year since, a first-of-its-kind national campaign to promote and raise awareness of the breadth of opportunities on offer within the nuclear sector was launched – www.destinationnuclear.com
This milestone is a testament to the innovation and excellence within the nuclear sector.
During this last year, the campaign has had almost 50,000 web visitors and a 49% follow through rate from the website to the careers portal meaning that DN has:
- Reached thousands of potential recruits (in and out of nuclear)
- Educated them about the benefits of a career in nuclear
- Empowered them to discover more and consider applying for roles
And, in that year within the mid career switchers audience, the campaign has seen a:
- 52% increase in consideration of a nuclear career (up to 78%)
- 25% increase in awareness that there is a variety of job roles in the nuclear sector, (up to 74%)
